Shipping Policies

Due to the pandemic and importing complications, please expect a short delay. We appreciate you choosing Sylk Aesthetics for your skin journey, so we will be as efficient as possible when it comes to getting your items to you quickly as possible.

Depending on your region (and the shipping speed you choose), please expect your package arrival dates to be slightly inaccurate due to our location, your place of shipment, and pandemic delays.  

  

  

TRACKING:

We are as excited to send your products just as you are to receive them! We aim to have your items on their way to you within 14 business days, so we may need 3-5 days for order processing. If you have not received your tracking number or information by the 3-5 day period, please allow an additional 2-3 business days due to uncontrolled pandemic delays. If you do not receive any tracking information extending longer than 5 business days, contact us at sylkaesthetics@gmail.com.

 

   

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:

Unfortunately, we are not able to validate your address. So please confirm the address your items will be shipped is correct before submitting your order. Please confirm that you have entered the address in full including the apartment, suite or unit number as well. We do not recommend sending your items to a PO Box due to shipping restrictions with our carrier. If there are any concerns with your shipping or the address being used, please contact our carrier directly to reroute your package if needed. We do not offer refunds on items sent to the incorrect address. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties and or taxes. Our shipping fee is clearly articulated alongside the service fee and estimated transit time during checkout.

  

  

MISSING, INCORRECT, DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If you have received partial, incorrect or damaged products, please contact us immediately at sylkaesthetics@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a picture including everything you received inside your order (including packaging slip). 

  

  

RETURNS:

All orders are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
